Travis Wright is an eXp Realty ICON Agent and one of eXp Realty's Top 250 Individual Agents in the United States, RealTrends Verified. He is a Fort Sill military relocation specialist, focused on military relocation for families PCSing to the post, alongside move-in-ready new construction in Elgin and helping Southwest Oklahoma homeowners sell their homes. A Southwest Oklahoma native raised in Elgin, about 12 miles from Fort Sill and a short drive from the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, Travis has deep roots in the communities he serves, including Lawton, Fort Sill, Elgin, Cache, Medicine Park, Fletcher, and Sterling.
A retired volunteer firefighter with the Paradise Valley Fire Department, Travis brings the same values to real estate that shaped his years of community service: integrity, dependability, and a genuine commitment to helping others. His local knowledge comes from living in these communities his entire life, not from reading statistics online. He knows the schools, the neighborhoods, the local businesses, and the lifestyle that makes Southwest Oklahoma a great place to call home.
Travis is recognized as one of eXp Realty's Top 250 Individual Agents in the United States by transaction sides and is RealTrends Verified, recognition that reflects consistent production and a high level of client service.
Over the years, Travis noticed the same challenge again and again. Families relocating to Fort Sill, military members receiving PCS orders, and buyers moving from out of state all had the same questions: Which neighborhood is right for my family? What are the schools really like? Where can I build a new construction home? What's it actually like living in Lawton or one of the surrounding communities?
The answers were scattered across dozens of websites.
Instead of waiting for someone else to solve the problem, Travis decided to build the resource he wished existed. That's why Travis founded Living In Lawton Oklahoma and Moving To Lawton Oklahoma, two community resources dedicated to helping military families, newcomers, and local buyers make informed decisions about relocating to Southwest Oklahoma. Through local videos, neighborhood tours, relocation guides, community spotlights, and real estate education, his goal is to give people honest, practical information before they ever pack a moving truck or schedule a home tour. He believes informed buyers make better decisions, and he wants every client to feel confident before making one of the biggest investments of their lives.
Whether you're PCSing to Fort Sill, moving across the country, or relocating from another part of Oklahoma, Travis helps make the transition easier with local knowledge, honest advice, and guidance every step of the way.
From selecting the right builder and community to understanding contracts, timelines, upgrades, warranties, and inspections, Travis helps buyers navigate the new construction process with confidence.
Selling a home is more than putting a sign in the yard. It's about pricing strategically, marketing effectively, negotiating confidently, and creating a plan that helps sellers move on to the next chapter of their lives.
As a REALTOR® with eXp Realty, Travis has built his business on straightforward communication, honest advice, and putting his clients' goals first. Clients often tell him they appreciate that he never pressures them into making a decision. He believes buying or selling a home should be an exciting experience, not one that feels rushed. If a property isn't the right fit, he'll tell you. If it is, he'll help you move forward with confidence.
Whether you're relocating to Southwest Oklahoma, building your dream home, or preparing to sell your current property, Travis's mission is simple: provide honest advice, exceptional service, and local expertise you can trust.
